The final round of the Hartwell road racing championships will be held over the weekend of the 18th & 19th of Sep. This will be my last event on my current 2004 Honda CBR600RR race bike, as i've just purchased with the help of a new sponsor "Winston Mac" a 2009 Triumph Daytona 675. The plan is to get it track ready as soon as i sell the my current bike then hit the track to get used to it.

It’s finally happened my first race crash that is & it was a nasty little unexpected excursion for both of us.
So what happened? I was entering the flip-flops at Winton race way, which consist of a fast left then right. He hit the breaks & immediately lost the front end & slid into my back wheel.

Well I couldn't have asked for a better race meeting than round 2 of the Victorian road racing championships.
I went to the Philip Island circuit with one goal in mind, to crack through the 1:50's. On the second last race of the weekend i pulled it off with a 1:49:99. We had perfect weather at the perfect track so what more can you ask for.
I will be racing at round 3 of the Hartwell Road Racing Championship at Broadford Racing Complex on 19th & 20th of June. This will be my first race meeting at Broadford for 2010. I can't wait to get back out there & go fast.
As always, feel free to come out to the track for any of these events and be sure to shoot me an email so we can hook you up with race times & pit locations.
I’m currently looking for a tyre sponsor so if you know anyone that might be interested in this opportunity please get in touch.
